"The Jerk Center is an absolute gem. From the moment we walked in, Marvin was incredibly friendly and welcoming with the kind of hospitality that immediately makes you feel at home. My son ordered the curried goat, and I had the ribs. We both chose rice and peas and steamed cabbage for our sides. For appetizers, we shared jerk wings, coco bread, plantains, and a beef patty that was generously filled, piping hot, and had just the right amount of spice. Let me tell you, the coco bread didn't stand a chance as my son happily sopped up every last bit of that curried goat with it. The jerk gravy I poured over my rice and peas was outstandingly rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. Everything was seasoned just right, and you could truly taste that it was made with love and care. I eat all over the world, and this meal easily landed in my top ten. Authentic, comforting, and unforgettable. We'll absolutely be back."

"I've been coming here for over a decade and the food never disappoints. The aesthetic of the restaurant is great and feels authentic. Normally, I get the curry goat or the jerk chicken, but today I got the oxtail - it was so tender and delicious. Everything is cooked to perfection with the right amount of spices, giving the food many different layers of flavor. Portion size on lunch is very fair. Do yourself a favor and swing in to grab a bite after a long day spent relaxing on the beach. You won't regret it!"

"I saw this restaurant on the cashback app Upside and went to check them out. I was in the market already for a new Jamaican restaurant. It's very spacious inside and lively with the music. Marvin is a cool guy and I had a great time conversing with him. The food portions were abundant and I got a lot of bang for the buck. I'll definitely be back."

"Authentic Jamaican eats located in a old strip plaza. This place is nothing fancy and building looks a bit dated. However the service was fast and the food was good. It's the definition of a hole in the wall restaurant. Definitely authentic and hardy."

"I walked in thinking I didn't like Jamaican food, I left LOVING it!!! The owner and his granddaughter were so friendly. She explained the menu and the food came out right away. The food was amazing!!! Everything we got was hot and flavorful; the portions were huge. The oxtails were my favorite and I dipped the crispy French fries in the sauce at the end. The meat patties were a tiny bit spicy which was delicious; the crust was buttery soft. The ribs and half chicken were spicy and sweet, with a smoky flavor. The chicken curry was insanely good! We asked for more curry sauce to sop up the rice. The cabbage was also flavorful, fresh and crispy even though it was cooked. The staff was just so nice throughout our time there. We will absolutely be coming back here!!!"
